Biography

Pete Davies used to play with Robin Scott, of Pop Musik fame. He had a minor hit in the 80s with, 'I'm a Computer,' by Goo-Q. It was an the early synth pop record made with John Lewis of Electrophon Studios, one of the few owners of an original Moog synth in London.
Fate took him North and he worked for 35 years in the North Sea as a diver and offshore oil company representative. Meantime he used the money he had saved to raise a family and pay for further recordings.

Strategies & Plans

When 'I'm a Computer,' was re-released by Cherry Red Records last year and then again by Night School Records in October this year on an album titled: 'All the Young Droids,' he decided to resurrect the name, Goo-Q, and write, This is What the Fuss is All About, a nu disco track which is available from 26th August.
